The Gertrude takes an Aran cable pattern and embosses it into thick coral fleece, so the texture is there without any of the weight or itch of wool. Dropped shoulders, elastic cuffs, elastic hems at the ankle.
It is the warmest thing in the catalogue and the least glamorous, and both of those are compliments. Four colours, all slightly dusty.
