Every order is prepared within 1–2 business days and travels with full tracking. Delivery takes 8–14 business days — we state that plainly because we’d rather under-promise than disappoint. You’ll receive your tracking link the moment your order ships.

• Standard tracked shipping: $6.95
• Complimentary on all orders over $100
• Discreet outer packaging, always — the outside says nothing; the inside says everything

Returns & exchanges

30 days, no interrogation. If a piece isn’t right, we’ll exchange it or refund it — whichever you prefer.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with hygiene liners intact and tags attached
• For hygiene reasons, briefs and thongs are final sale once liners are removed
• Exchanges ship free; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or write to us via the contact page with your order number. A human answers — usually within one business day.

Everything arrives gift-ready in signature tissue with a ribbon seal. Add a handwritten-style note at checkout and we’ll leave the prices off the slip.
